1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Tarun Tuteja, sole proprietor, trading as JODNA, based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("JODNA", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using JODNA, you accept them.
They cover both the public website at jodna.in and the platform at app.jodna.in.
2. What JODNA is — and what it is not
JODNA helps exhibition organisers run their events and manage stall bookings, and helps exhibitors run their counter, stock and sales. It connects the two.
JODNA is not a party to your business dealings. We do not organise your exhibition, we do not own the goods you sell, and we take no commission on stall bookings or counter sales. If an exhibitor and an organiser disagree about a stall, a payment or a refund, that is between them. Our job is to give both sides honest tools and accurate records.
We promise no visitors, sales, leads or bookings. We have no way to guarantee footfall or outcomes, and anyone who says software can is selling you something that does not exist.
We do not touch your customers' money. Bills your business raises carry your own UPI ID or payment QR code, and payments go directly into your bank account. JODNA does not process your customer payments, does not hold your takings, and cannot lose them.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- Give accurate details and keep them current — your mobile number and email are how you sign in and how we reach you.
- Creating an account requires your name, mobile number, email address and a password of at least 8 characters. A WhatsApp number and a 4-digit PIN are optional. Business name is required for exhibitors, and optional for organisers who only run events.
- You sign in with your email address and password, or with your mobile number and your PIN if you have set one.
- Keep your password and PIN private. You are responsible for what happens on your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
- No one from JODNA will ever ask for your password or PIN. If someone does, it is not us.
- Exhibitors and organisers register inside the app. There is no separate registration process anywhere else.
- You may invite team members into your business. You are responsible for what they do inside it.
4. Plans, prices and billing
Current prices are always shown at jodna.in/pricing. All prices are in Indian rupees, per month, and exclude 18% GST, which is added on the invoice. Annual billing is ten monthly payments — two months free.

| Scale | ₹2,499 | 2,000 |
One credit sends one message to one customer. A broadcast to 50 customers uses 50 credits.
Credits are used by WhatsApp broadcasts sent from your business to its own customers. Sending requires your WhatsApp Business number to be connected to JODNA, which is set up during add-on onboarding. If your number is not connected, you can buy credits but you cannot send broadcasts yet, because the sending service is not switched on for your business. Ask us before buying credits if you are unsure whether sending is available to you.
You are responsible for having permission to message each recipient. See section 8.2.
4.5 The rules that do not change
- Free plans do not expire. They are not trials.
- There is no commission on stall bookings or counter sales.
- We do not lock accounts. If a subscription payment becomes overdue, you keep your paid features for 7 days, and after that your account moves to the Free plan's limits. Your data stays where it is.
4.6 How you pay
JODNA does not use a payment gateway. We issue you an invoice; you pay by UPI or bank transfer to the details on it, and we activate your plan when we record the payment. Every payment is covered by a GST invoice.
Prices may change. A change will not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a change affects you.
5. What we promise about availability
We work to keep JODNA running and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not offer a service-level agreement unless we have signed one with you separately. We may take the platform down briefly for maintenance, and we may change or retire features. If we withdraw something you rely on and you are on a paid plan, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
6. Fees, GST and records
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us for invoicing, and for paying the GST shown on your invoice. Your sales records are your own statutory records — JODNA provides the tools to keep them, not the obligation to file on your behalf.
7. Cancellation and refunds
7.1 Refunds if your application is rejected
If you apply to take part in an exhibition and the organiser rejects your application, you may ask us to refund the fee you paid to JODNA for that exhibition, provided you ask within 7 days of the rejection.
That covers the JODNA event pass you bought for that exhibition. It does not change the position on money you paid to an organiser — see 7.3.
To claim: email jodnaapp@gmail.com with the rejection reference and the invoice or payment reference. We will confirm within 7 days and, if the claim is valid, process the refund to the account you paid from. If we need more information from you, the 7-day window pauses until you provide it.
7.2 Cancelling your own plan
You may cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the period already paid, and it does not delete your data.
7.3 Money paid to an organiser or exhibitor is not ours to refund
Stall fees, furniture, power, and any other charge an organiser raises on an exhibitor are commercial dealings between those two parties. JODNA does not receive that money, does not hold it, and therefore cannot refund it.
If an organiser rejects your application after you have paid them a stall fee, ask the organiser for its return. That is a matter between you and them. We can help you with the records from the platform, but we cannot pay it back.
The same applies in reverse: an organiser cannot ask JODNA to refund a stall fee it collected.
7.4 Credits
Credit packs are not refundable, including where your plan or an event changes. See section 4.4 — check that sending is available to you before buying credits.
7.5 Your statutory rights
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
8. Fair use
8.1 Do not do these things
- Create fake events, fake brands or listings that mislead visitors.
- Send WhatsApp messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
- Upload content you have no right to use, or sell goods that are illegal to sell in India.
- Scrape or copy the platform, or attempt to bypass its security or another business's privacy.
- Present yourself as representing a business you do not represent.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where the situation is not urgent, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.
8.2 Messages to your customers are your responsibility
JODNA gives you tools to message your own customers on WhatsApp. You decide whom to message, and you make sure each person has agreed to hear from you. Complying with WhatsApp's own rules, and with Indian law on unsolicited messaging, is your responsibility. We provide the tool; the consent is yours to obtain and keep.
8.3 Your content and your data
Your content stays yours. Event details, product data, photographs and records you upload belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and — where you switch a page public — display them, so that we can run the service for you. We will not use your photographs in our own marketing without asking you.
Your customers' data stays under your control. You decide what to collect and why, you obtain any consent needed, and you honour their requests. We process it only as described in our Privacy Policy. If someone asks us to delete data belonging to your business, we will refer them to you and help you respond.
We own the platform — the software, the design, and the JODNA name and marks. These terms do not transfer any of that to you.
9. When your subscription ends
You may stop using JODNA whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your account is used to harm someone. If we end your account for a reason that is not your breach, we will refund any unused part of a period you have paid for.
After your subscription ends we archive your data for up to 12 months — kept, but not in active use — so that you can come back, or ask us to export your records, without losing your history. After 12 months it is deleted, except for records tax law requires us to keep. You may ask us to delete your data sooner, and we will: archiving is our default, not a wall against erasure.
10. Restoring or exporting data after your subscription ends
Your data is yours, and getting it back should not be a trap.
You can download a full copy of your business yourself, at any time, free. Go to app.jodna.in → Backup. That works while your subscription is active and does not need our help.
- Within the 12-month period, ask and we will restore your access or prepare an export.
- Restoring or exporting business data after your subscription has ended may carry a service fee. This is work we do by hand — reinstating an account, rebuilding an export, checking it before we send it. We will always quote the amount in writing and get your agreement before starting, and you are free to decline.
- We never charge for privacy requests. Asking what personal data we hold, correcting it, erasing it or withdrawing consent is always free. The fee applies only to the operational service of restoring or exporting business records.
- Transcripts, exports and restorations are provided as they exist at the time. We do not reconstruct data that was never recorded in JODNA.
If you are asking because of a legal or tax obligation, tell us — we will tell you what we can provide and by when.
11. Liability
JODNA is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability on any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Indemnity
If a claim is made against us because of content you uploaded, goods you sold, or data you collected without a lawful basis, you agree to cover the resulting loss — provided we tell you promptly and let you take part in defending it.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use JODNA after that means you accept them.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction.
